If you’ve experienced the food down at Firebrand, you’ll know we’re all about great fresh ingredients, cooked properly and washed down with quality beer (or whatever your drink of choice) in a chilled out restaurant.
We opened Firebrand Bar & Restaurant with exactly the same motivation with which we created Firebrand Brewing Co: To cook the food we want to eat and brew the beer we want to drink.
Living in Cornwall, we’re fortunate enough to be surrounded by some of the best produce Britain has to offer. Fresh fish caught from our coasts fill the specials board, while wonderful moorland-raised cattle provide amazing cuts of beef for grilled and smoked steaks. We raise our own rare breed pigs on the brewery farm and feed them on spent grain. Their meat is served in the restaurant having been smoked for up to 18 hours to produce proper succulent pulled pork.
Food and drink isn’t just our work, it’s our hobby too. We love finding new cuts of meat to cook, innovative ways of cooking, and more beers to brew. We would like nothing more than for you to join us on this journey of discovery. We’ll be posting recipes, interesting stuff from suppliers and anything we think is cool or worth a minute of your time.
