Free entry to Launceston Beer Festival


The third Launceston Beer Festival takes over the town square next Saturday 22 August with more than 30 beers and ciders, plus wine from Clio’s Van du Vin.

Entry is free all day from 11am to 11pm, leaving you with more cash to sample the great variety of ales on offer. Pints are just £3, and halves £1.50.

Firebrand Bar & Restaurant will be cooking up some tasty Cornish BBQ to line your stomach, and there’s live music from Jeff Horsey at 3.30pm, Out to Grass at 5.30pm and the Becca Langsford Trio at 8pm. Don’t worry about the weather – we’ll have marquees so you can drink in the dry.

All of Launceston Beer Cellar’s deli products are half price from 10am-2pm so pop in to see them in Ching’s Alley (opposite Firebrand Bar & Restaurant) while visiting the festival and pick up some tasty snacks to enjoy with your beer.
